Mr Cuppa: It's been a while since the previous post. Well, no choice, because I just came back from reservist plus all the heavy work load in company. Btw, my colleague just ordered a dozen of Devil's expresso double shot cup cake! Review are not bad...so i assume it's a success! Hopefully cuppadelights can go into business soon...

Mrs Cuppa: It's been more than a month since our last blog.. No choice.. both Mr Cuppa and i were busy up to bottle neck. haiz...We've finally can relax and reward ourselves with our cupcakes!

Look what we have here! We call it Devil's Espresso-Single Shot, or simply coffee chocolate cupcake.

Verdict: Chocolatey taste with a tinge of coffee aroma. Nice texture, soft and not too sweet. However, we feel that the coffee aroma could be stronger. So double shot for both of us next time!

White Chocolate & Strawberry Cupcake

Mrs Cuppa: It has been a few weeks we've have not done any baking due to CNY. Hands abit itchy liao.. keke.. so.. we did it again. This time, we wanted to try something fruity and refreshing. Flipping through our recipe book, we found this- White Chocolate and Strawberry Cupcake. Hmm... we were very curious about this combination, how it will taste like.
The end result is this:

They look so lovely! Our whole kitchen was filled with the aroma of strawberry! It taste nice but too sweet for our liking.

But i feel it's a perfect gift for Valentine's Day!!

Chinese New Year (CNY) cuppa delights - Pineapple tarts

Mr Cuppa:

It has been quite a while since our previous post. Well, we are extremely busy with work (busy during economic crisis? mmm... ...not bad uh) plus... ... all the CNY preparation!

Pineapple tarts is one of our favourite CNY goodies. The sweet & sour pineapple filling plus the slightly crusty base is a perfect combination that keeps me wanting more.

Generally , the feedback that I've received from my R&D folks are all quite good. :-)

Devilish Cuppa Delights - Chocolicious Cup Cakes

Mr Cuppa:

It's a pleasant surprise that we are making these yummy little things again, shortly after we've made some for my departmental Christmas gathering. These little cups had received several good comments then and one of my colleagues actually placed an order! We had never expect anybody to order from us as baking is only a favourite past time of ours.

But nevertheless, we gladly accepted the order, our very 1st order.. hee..
