It has been quite a while since our previous post. Well, we are extremely busy with work (busy during economic crisis? mmm... ...not bad uh) plus... ... all the CNY preparation!
Pineapple tarts is one of our favourite CNY goodies. The sweet & sour pineapple filling plus the slightly crusty base is a perfect combination that keeps me wanting more.

Generally , the feedback that I've received from my R&D folks are all quite good. :-)
